Job Responsibilities:
- Working with the COO office in a business partnering capacity, building relationships with the internal firm finance function
- Work on change and transformation projects
- Be comfortable with conducting impact assessment / “fact finding”
- Help the business work out protocols and processes for new initiatives being rolled out
- Successful business implementation of COO agenda (eg. Process improvement programmes, IFRS implementations etc.)
- Implement new ways of improving reporting / MI
- Reporting on success factors
- Process improvement / Process change
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive Finance Business Partner experience
- Senior level stakeholder management
- Qualified accountant (prefered but not essential)
- Understanding how profit services work
- Someone with Technology software accounting experience
