Our client is a PRC investment bank.

The job:

Build up a treasury platform

Responsible for balance sheet management, including funding and liquidity.

Manage overall treasury functions and dealing services for products, foreign exchange cash and structured products, for the company.

Provide FX margin trading services to private, consumer and institutional inclusive of margin positing, order placement and monitor, exposure management with assurance that the orders were executed accurately and positions were covered properly.

Compile with both external and internal regulatory requirements to ensure all compliances were met and consistently maintain high standards.

Offer fixed income services to institutional clients and provide execution.

Monitor risk control function on treasury product such as FX Option, Repo, Reverse Repo, Derivatives, Interbank lending and borrowing

Follow the company's credit and risk department guideline of risk reporting and monitoring on total rate return, mark to market risk, stop loss advisory and risk tolerance, strategic and asset allocation

Present in Asset and Liabilities Committee (ALCO)

Monitor the asset liability management, manage liquidity risk, market risk, exchange rate risk and prepare cashflow forecast for project funding.

The requirements

5 years experience as head of treasury, or equivalent, in a financial institution

Excellent command of Chinese and Putonghua. You must speak Putonghua

Excellent communications skill in business development

Holder of a good degree in finance, business or equivalent
