Head of Portfolio Management

My client one of the banks in UAE is looking to hire a Head of Portfolio Management to join their team.

Title: Head of Portfolio Management
Reporting to: Head of Enterprise Risk Management
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
This a senior leadership role within Group Risk Management, which is responsible for the following departments of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Portfolio Analytics - Proactive centralized portfolio management for the bank. Risk Analytics - Develop and maintain risk rating and profitability models Credit analytics - Developing and maintaining retail behaviour and application scorecards and perform advance analytics on the retail portfolio.
NPA, Provision and Budgeting - monitoring NPAs and cost of credit and related regulatory requirements annual budgeting process.

The role also is the deputy Head of ERM, and is the Secretary to the Governance and Risk Policy Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee.

Requirements:
15 to 20 years of banking experience in Financial Sector Industry.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Basel and Financial Reporting requirements
