- Accounts Administrator -  - Excellent salary with plenty of career progression  Purpose of the job: Receiving sales orders by phone, email, EDI and recording them on the system. Liaising with production & dispatch in relation to orders, shortages & timely dispatching of goods. Resolving delivery queries and ensuring all PODs received & filed. Administration of customer returns. Maintaining all delivery documentation associated with orders including printing, scanning, & saving of documentation. Weekly sales and other reporting. Support to the AR function. Ad hoc duties as required. Experience, Knowledge, Competencies and Skills required: Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers. Capable of using own initiative to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task and willing to take on additional responsibility as the position evolves.  Team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong IT skills including a working knowledge of MS Excel. 1 - 2 years' experience in a Finance or Sales Administration role in an FMCG environment. Experience invoicing is desirable
