As the Business Support Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Internal Auditor of Lloyds Bank Capital Markets. You'll support the execution of the annual plan and the collation and analysis of insights throughout. Your role will also enable the Chief Internal Auditor to 'connect the dots' and generate insightful reporting to Group Audit and its key stakeholders.

In summary, you'll provide a business consultancy service which improves understanding and enhances overall business performance, participating as an active member of the team.

You'll manage the monitoring and reporting of Audit Findings in an effective and efficient way with transparent reporting of all Findings which are overdue or trending to not being achieved within the agreed timescales ensuring all issues or risks are escalated in a timely manner.

In addition, you'll provide timely high quality insightful information, reporting, guidance and advice to influence business decisions and provide transparency of delivery performance to the Chief Internal Auditor. You'll possess a strong capability and experience in report writing ensuring clear, structured and concise delivery of key messages, with the agility to respond to changing stakeholder reporting requirements.

You will also be able to support and contribute to the wider audit team activities to support the team in "becoming our best" in line with the Group Audit transformation programme.

It is essential that you will have extensive experience of working with data and numbers with the ability to break up complex data and present it a logical and easily interpretable format (tables, diagrams, graphs etc.)

You'll also have strong influencing and motivating skills and be able to apply these in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment and have a proven track record of delivery. Excellent analytical, presentational, verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential.
