Key Responsibilities
  • Overall accountability is to support the Head of FMAR and the Service Co Controller by providing operational oversight for Business Management, transformation and change activities.
  • Strong engagement and focus on cost targets. Monthly management reporting of financials and management of the forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Regular engagement with senior managers to understand costs and tracking against targets, providing necessary challenge and support.
  • Support with the delivery of the FMAR & Service Co Controller Human Capital Strategy. Work with the business and functional partners for the most effective solutions for talent acquisition, development and retention.
  • Lead key HR processes such as Y/E Compensation, Objectives Setting and Promotions Process.
  • Support senior management with general COO/Business Management requirements.
  • Organize and manage regular management team meetings for the Head of FMAR and Service Co Controller.
  • Supporting the Head of FMAR and the Service Co Controller with any ad-hoc theme, such as preparation of presentations.
  • Support the delivery of specific COO projects such as Robotics Process Automation, Business Continuity Management and Platform Reviews.

You Offer
Work Experience/Background
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience working in a global organization.
  • University degree in a finance related subject or a recognized finance qualification e.g. CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountancy.
  • Experience of business management, budgeting and cost/FTE management.
  • Strong control focus and a continual orientation towards quality.
  • Ability to act independently and challenge constructively.
  • Proactive and be able to adapt and react quickly to stakeholder requests in an ever developing business environment.
  • Energy and resilience to maintain progress against challenging targets.
  • Building long term, trusted relationships and working collaboratively.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
