O'Keeffe's Bakery are currently recruiting for an Accounting Technician to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the role will involve: Arranging payments for supplier invoices Monitoring financial transactions Bookkeeping Preparing financial accounts in a timely manner Analyse accounting data, research accounting entries and perform corrections as necessary Administering payroll Liaising with managerial staff on financial matters Preparations and distribution of monthly departmental reports Assist in budget preparation Willingness and ability to work across various company departments Requirements: 2/3 years Accounting Technician experience Confident with figures and have excellent computer skills Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills Be flexible and well organised Ability to manage own workflow and diary management
