This position has come about due to expansion.
Description
- To assist the group finance function with the upkeep of the accounting records and production and development of management reporting and its subsidiaries and related party companies.
- The main duties will include preparation of Bank reconciliations, VAT returns, sales ledger and purchase ledger function and cash control (for the smaller companies within the group). The assistant accountant will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining monthly fixed asset, Assist with production of Management Accountant and assistance with statutory accounts preparation.
- Is also in the process of implementing a new finance package, and the assistant accountant will play an integral part in the implementation of this system working alongside the Finance Manager and the FD
