Environment

SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Société Générale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.

The Hong Kong Licensing and Registrations team is responsible for regulatory licenses, and surrounding processes. The team communicates with regulators as well as the SG front office to ensure compliance to the relevant regulations.

Mission

Main Responsibilities:

  • Licensing and Registrations
  • Handle staff regulatory registrations with Hong Kong regulators (i.e. HKMA and SFC), and for exchanges which the Hong Kong entity holds membership for
  • Assist with SFC Online Portal procedure
  • Assisting on the monitoring of CPT records and reporting
  • Managing the HKSI exam registrations for licensed staff
  • General record keeping and administration on internal and external platforms
  • Handle enquiries from business lines in regards to licenses
  • Assist with regular reminders on licensing-related rules & regulation


Profile

Your Profile:
  • High level of commitment to 3 days work per week for 6 months
  • Experience in Compliance field, preferably on SFC/HKMA Licensing & Registration regime is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details

  • Display responsibility, commitment and act ethically
