Main Responsibilities:
- Be the expertise to drive process improvement and standardisation across Finance organisation
- Define and implement end-to-end, integrated performance management solutions that improve the client's ability
- Leverage on technology and systems to transform the finance organisation
- Standardize and improve planning processes to create alignment and synergies, develop the vision for the end-state planning cycle with a clearly articulated process
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Business Admin
- At least 7 years of experience in finance with proven track record in finance transformation or process improvement
- Strong track-record in effectively developing market credibility
- Great business acumen
- Preferably with hands on experience on BPC
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, good influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills
