Salesforce Business Analyst

Menulog is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to work within the technology team, to gather requirements from stakeholders and provide analysis, production and implementation of customised salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and stakeholder management for Salesforce implementation projects, understanding stakeholder requirements and converting this into business requirements.

• Creation of user stories and functional specifications

• Creation of insightful reports and dashboards to enable operational decisions to drive performance

• Perform Salesforce administration - configuring the Salesforce org, user setup, workflows, validation rules

• Perform Zendesk configurations as required

• Work closely with local and offshore operations teams to drive process efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions for improvements

• Writing of test scripts and organisation of UAT sessions prior to deployment

• Devise and host training workshops on new system feature releases

• Provide troubleshooting support to end-users

• Communicate - transparently communicates on their progress and discusses ideas with their team and Technical Director

• Teamwork - takes a collaborative approach and fosters strong working relationships with their team, Coherence and Ownership Group, and with people in other departments

• Other duties as required

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Salesforce-based role and 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role

• Salesforce certified qualifications

• Experience in Tableau or similar visualisation tool

• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and holds a passion to succeed

• First-rate attention to detail

• A confident self-starter with the ability to think strategically

• Excellent communication skills

• Hardworking and 'get the job done at all costs' attitude

• Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet

• Understands basic drivers of Menulog and Just Eat business

• Ability to apply problem solving skills to technical issue

• Self sufficient and confident in undertaking work assignments with minimal guidance and direction
