Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to collect unpaid overdue invoices.
- Resolving issues over disputed invoices in liaison with Project Managers (internal & external).
- Identify invoice queries requiring escalation to the Credit Control Manager.
- Update credit control report daily for cash collections.
- Weekly reconciliation of sales ledger.
- Preparing client statements.
- Liaising with the Assistant Accountants on the company's monthly billing.
- Adhoc duties within the finance department.
Profile
Successful Candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making skills.
- 3 years of experience in credit control.
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- To be able to work as part of a team and collaboratively and co-operatively.
