MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares the monthly financial statements and other MIS reports;
• Prepare monthly closings and make entries for fixed assets, amortizations, prepaid, and accruals;
• Preparing of monthly Reconciliation;
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and monitor all dues and follow-up with clients;
• Prepare monthly ageing reports;
• Process vendor payable invoices and make sure the prompt payment;
• Reconcile supplier & customer's transactions and ledger balances;
• Handles petty cash;
• Inventory and spare parts control;
• Performs other task that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
