Accounts Assistant

A temporary job as an Accounts Assistant paying £20,000.

This well established Wirral based organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 12 months .

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager in a team of 4 , you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices, sales ledger invoices and carrying out bank reconciliations in Sterling and Euros. You will be assisting with Bacs payments , carrying out supplier statement reconciliations , handling queries as well as helping with various ad hoc project work as and when required by the Finance Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have a minimum of 2 years accounts experience gained from working within a busy department. You must have a flexible approach to your work as the role will be varied , and you must be able to work to strict deadlines . Excellent communication skills are essential .
