Our client is a world's leading investment banking with strong business growing across APAC, is currently looking for a Event Specialist to join the team

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate conference engagement, marketing initiatives, media exchanges

  • Manage the Asia Pacific conference and events calendar, events tracking report

  • Arrange logistics for the regional events and prepare event presentation materials

  • Provide on-site support, such as setting-up venue, greeting guests

  • Ensure smooth running of each event

  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including management, sales team, global coordinator etc.

  • Review the event and prepare post event report and analysis as needed

  • Assist any ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business related

  • At least 2 years experience in marketing and event planning in financial industry

  • Experience working in banking and corporate field will be preferred

  • Details-oriented, multi-tasking and good problem solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
