This leading global advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join their dynamic and vibrant Debt Advisory team in Brisbane. The team is responsible for providing corporate & debt advisory and independent capital management advice involving the structuring and procurement of debt and capital instruments for Australian and global clients.
This role provides an exceptional career opportunity for an energetic Debt Advisory/Capital Markets professional. You will work closely with senior management and leading clients, with opportunity and scope to exercise your practical knowledge of the debt markets in a strategic advisory manner. You will offer uncompromised advice as part of a diverse team of experienced professionals.
Tertiary qualified in Commerce, Economics, Business or related areas, you will have 10-15 years of experience in institutional/investment banking or corporate/debt advisory (preferably project finance, leveraged finance or investment banking). It is expected that you can demonstrate strong technical capabilities, with respect to debt (loan and bond) products and advisory, across a variety of different structures and solutions. Commercial astute, you will have hands on experience in deal structuring, credit analysis and negotiating documentation of debt & capital funding transactions.
You must have full working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.
