My client transacts on the broadest range of M&A deals of any investment bank and when this breadth is considered alongside their superb reputation it is clear why they benefit from unrivalled deal flow. They are driven by sell side M&A deals but offer a range of services across all of M&A, Debt and Equity advisory and the focus of Analysts and Associates within the group is significantly (c80%) execution focussed.
The team is led by MD's with extensive networks and the group works with all the leading Utilities companies and across all sub sectors of Energy & Power.
To be considered candidates must have relevant M&A experience and be capable of leading juniors through each step of what are often complex deals. You will be a capable financial modeller and will have a developing awareness of the nuances of this sector. You must also have excellent academics and a mature and credible character as (unlike many IB's) you will be client facing from the outset.
