Banking Code of Practice
One of the leading banks is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team working on ensuring the bank is compliant with the upcoming Banking Code of Practice. You will be part of an enterprise wide multi-brand initiative focusing on vulnerable customers and small businesses.
We are looking for out-of-the-box thinkers who have strong end to end project experience. It would be highly beneficial if you have had exposure to Banking Code and regulatory based projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Running and facilitating workshops
Stakeholder management
Driving processes and business requirements
Ensuring sign off and delivery
Acting as the conduit between the IT and Business
Process mapping / Process re-engineering
Creating the 'As is / To be
Desired skill set:
Financial Services/ Banking experience
System experience
Risk and Compliance experience
Banking Code experience
