Business Analyst - Collateral Management - $850 pd
A leading financial institution based in the CBD require a Business Analyst to support the Customer Collateral Excellence team for a 6 month contract position.
You will deliver 100% compliant changes and end to end change delivery for customer communications (collateral).
Business Analyst Requirments;
Oversee end to end customer communication change process
Facilitate workshops and liaise extensively with project stakeholders including Legal, Compliance and Product to determine content changes.
Complete scoping and analysis of impacted communications as part of projects and other initiatives using the Collateral Change Process (CCP), Collateral Hub and Group project methodologies (PEF, WAF, SELC)
Ensure document mark ups are complete, compliant and customer centric to minimise change rounds
Strong adherence to Governance including obtaining relevant approvals prior to progressing with changes.
Business Analyst Duties;
Best practice and compliance: Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies, processes and standards such as the Collateral Change Process (CCP), Agile Framework (WAF), Product Lifecycle (PLC) and Project Execution Framework (PEF). Ensure collateral changes are compliant with Business and Design Principles outlined in the Collateral Management Policy.
Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders impacted by the change going forward to ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the project. Assist to facilitate working groups and other meetings including preparation of agendas, production of meeting packs, minutes and actions.
Risk Management:Ensure project related risk and issues (both project and operations) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks.
Reporting: Complete regular reporting in line with Collateral Management Team processes and as directed by Team.
