Head of Business Partnering

Head of Business Partnering that reports to the Director of Finance and will work across the business with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders. The role will be responsible for managing a team of five business partners.

The client is a medium sized education charity based in central London, the organisation operates both in the UK and overseas but the operations are primarily in the UK.

Description

The Head of Business Partnering will have the following responsibility's:

• Design and build the management accounts function to meet the needs of the organisation for timely and accurate financial information and meaningful commentary.

• Complete the financial evaluation of the five year Business Plan and prepare the Financial Forecast Return

• Lead the annual budgeting exercise and forecasting cycle.

• Constant meetings with Senior Stakeholders and advising on financial strategy for the organisation.

• Direct management of four business partners.

Profile

You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with strong business reporting and partnering capabilities that can be evidenced through previous experience. Alongside this you will have first rate analytical skills and the ability to present and discuss financial information with senior stakeholders in an engaging manner.

Strong team management experience is essential for Head of Business Partnering and specifically, managing and developing a management information team through a period of change.
