A dynamic expanding company are looking to recruit an Internal Auditor to join their team based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, the client are looking for individuals from large practices who are wanting to make their first move into industry.

The client are a dynamic company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne who are looking to recruit an Internal Auditor to join their rapidly expanding team on a permanent basis.

Description

The key duties include:

• Auditing all areas of the business to ensure compliance of each area of the business
• Monitoring and presenting reports and recommendations to the business
• Providing assurances around practices and controls of the business
• Planning and implementing audit processes
• Ensuring that the business is up to date with all legislation changes
• Assessing the business for risk, compliance and regulatory matters
• Preparing written reports on findings to senior management

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be ideally from a Big 4 or large practice environment
• Ideally hold a relevant qualification through either ACA, ACCA or an Audit Qual
• Have strong audit experience
• Have a commercial outlook in order to identify improvements and recommendations for the business
• Have a very analytical mindset with fantastic attention to detail
• Have experience with identifying risk
• Be a highly driven individual who is keen to progress their career within a dynamic working environment
• Have fantastic communication skills in order to create positive relationships across the business
• Be able to work in a fast paced evolving business
