As Head of Corporate Development in this high growth financial services business, you will be responsible for delivering and helping to develop the growth strategy of the business through corporate (M&A) transactions and commercial development in new markets and/or asset classes.

Financial Services/FIG Investment Banking (M&A) experience is required and candidates coming from such advisory teams should have a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience. You will therefore be at least Vice President/Associate Director level in an investment bank, M&A boutique or Accountancy firm. Experience and knowledge of European Banking and Consumer Credit would be of particular interest.

Our client is seeking entrepreneurially minded professionals with the ability to think strategically in order to help identify opportunities for further growth across Europe and beyond.
