Financial Accountant

A large multinational organisation are looking for a first time mover out of practice to join their team within the financial accounting department. The role involves a variety of tasks including month end, liaising with stakeholders and producing month end packs for a variety of different functions.

Our client are a large telecommunication company that are situated in Slough with millions of customers worldwide, they have a variety of subsidiaries. They are one of the top employers within the Thames Valley and are looking for a financial accountant to join their team. With a vibrant business culture, the company have a reputation for promotion within and fill 50% of vacancies internally.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Month end process, ensuring that the deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy and understanding.
• Producing and presenting the month end packs.
• SOX compliance.
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders within the organisation.
• Monthly P&L, Balance Sheets.

Profile

You will be newly qualified ACA from practice, looking to make your first move into industry. Ideally you would have audited FTSE 350 companies in the past.

Job Offer

On offer to you is an excellent basic salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 with a benefits package that includes flexible working, 11.5% pension. 10% bonus and a learning fund.
