This ambitious National accountancy firm based in St Albans is offering excellent opportunities for Audit Manager's who have the drive to develop their career to Senior Manager level. The roles will gain exposure to working with a wide variety of clients and a range of work including external audit, internal audit and financial due diligence. The roles will also be involved with training, managing and appraising staff.
You will be expected to provide a range of assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast-growing clients to large corporate entities. The clients are household names and private businesses, across all industry sectors.
Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of external audit clients with responsibility for the day to day management and resolution of technical issues.
Business developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Supervising those team members reporting to you.
Reporting on the team performance to the Senior Manager/Director.
Career development and coaching of team members.
Organising resourcing, monitoring the financial performance and ensuring that key deadlines are met for each audit.
Skills/Experience:
Qualified ACA, ACCA
Experience of IFRS, UK GAAP (including FRS 101/102) and International standards on auditing are required.
