Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Support to provide advice to all companies in China in compliance-related matters (in particular with regard to anti-corruption and anti-trust law;
- Support to contribute to monitor, review, evaluate and clear compliance-related incidents, suspicious facts, and issues;
- Support to develop and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future;
- Support the implementation of the Group-wide compliance rules and measures in China;
- Support to analyze existing and new statutory and regulatory rules applicable to company's business activities
- Support to carry out risk assessments on a regular basis and develop appropriate policies, procedures and measures in view of remedying or minimizing risks;
- Support to draft and/or amend behavioral guidelines and instructions taking into account the statutory and regulatory rules and the agencies' enforcement practice in China;
- Conduct trainings to members of staff;
- Support to monitor processes and measures aiming at ensuring that company's business activities are in full compliance with the statutory, regulatory and company's internal rules;
- Support to monitor the performance of the compliance program and take appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness;
- Ensure an appropriate documentation of the implementation of the policies, measures and procedures within the context of the Compliance System
- Closely collaborate with other departments (Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources) to exercise the tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Including 2-5 years' compliance working experience in a law firm or MNC company;
- Influential communicator who is able to collaborate and make information-based decisions for the best interest of company
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office with the ability to capture data in various formats and comparisons, and to translate into reportable formats
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels and from different countries and cultures
- Law degree is preferred
