Corporate Finance AM/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance corporate financial model in order to support capital allocation and corporate funding
• Coordination of corporate finance matters and arrangement of corporate fund-raising projects;
• Evaluation of business opportunities and preparation of financial analysis.
• Assist management in evaluation and provide advice and support for decision-making purposes, appraisal of investment options and business partner role to support management in investment , M&A decisions;
• Participate in exploratory and negotiation processes in relation to potential business combinations;
• Manage and coordinate due diligence processes for business combinations;setting up of new operations, mergers and acquisition;
• Preparation and review of the Group's financial forecasts and scenario planning;

Job Responsibilities

• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting;
• CFA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate Finance will be an advantage
• Proven track record in financial modelling in project finance/ credit analyst/ coporate investment banking or transaction advisory
• Good business acumen and presentation skill
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
