Candidates will have strong M&A execution experience and therefore strong technical and process management knowledge. Public M&A experience is preferred but not essential, provided that other criteria are met.

The role will be generalist in terms of sector coverage and we are open to seeing people from all sector backgrounds. The most important piece is having a solid grounding in corporate finance and investment banking.
