Our client, a well known & growing business based in Guildford are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to their Accountancy team
Description
Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing Accountancy team in Guildford
- Processing the monthly salaried and the monthly variable hour payrolls with our external bureaus Access (UK) and July (US), under direction from the Payroll & Pensions supervisor.
- Resolving queries to ensure the smooth running of the payroll function.
- Supporting and upskilling centre teams on the use of the SelectHR payroll system.
- Working alongside and communicating with the HR department to ensure that the system is as accurate and up to date as possible.
- Ensuring that record keeping and filing of key documents is of the highest order and that data confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Report Generation
- Producing, analysing and checking the accuracy of payroll reports
- Performance of any other duties reasonably required.
Profile
- Highly organised individual
- Excellent planner with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong Excel Skills
- Good interpersonal skills and willing to make a positive contribution to the company's culture
- A team player who is also able to take initiative
- Previous experience in data analysis or payroll is preferred however training will be provided.
Job Offer
Salary £20,000 - £22,000
