Senior Manager/Associate Director, Management Reporting

This life insurance company is an established financial institution with a strong High-Net-Worth client base. The company has successfully take off their recent expansion plan is looking to further grow within the Greater China region.


Your new role
Joining as a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Management Reporting, as well as overseeing the Financial Reporting, Treasury and Accounting teams. You will be handling regular budgeting and forecasting, performance management as well as preparation of management report for the business. You will also partner closely with the CFO and Chief Actuary on handling Strategic Planning.


What you'll need to succeed
You are ideally be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years' experience in management reporting/financial planning and analysis (FP&A) / financial analysis / business analysis. Coming from the Insurance industry or MNCs will be a bonus. Good command in English and Chinese is required.
