On behalf of a business based in Reading I am recruiting for a new Part-Qualified Commercial Accountant to step up into their thriving business.
Client Details
My client operates across the UK and has a number of exciting hubs that are looking to expanding over the next 2-3 years. The office is also easily accessible by all transport links and includes ample parking.
Description
The successful applicant for this permanent role will get exposure to the following key duties:
Preparing information for accurate P&Ls pre and post events including variance analysis
Assisting in the accurate & timely Weekly, Monthly and Rolling Forecasts and annual budgeting/forecasting process
Completing month end process & Balance Sheet Recs
All variances analysed, understood, challenged and assist in appropriate actions being put in place to improve
Direct partnering with all heads of business to ensure that all processes and controls are in place
Profile
To be considered for this permanent role you must posses the following:
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate oral and written information concisely
Previous exposure to a business partnering or forecasting role
- Studying towards the early or middle stages of ACCA/CIMA
- Good Excel Skills: including the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables
