Description

This temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant position based in Windsor will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing invoices
  • Processing of invoices, including liaising with providers to ensure all invoice details are accurate
  • Allocation of receipts
  • Overseeing and effecting compliant procedures
  • Assisting with the month end procedures
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager and carrying out ad hoc duties as required
  • Answering internal and external queries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Auditing and reviewing invoices
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoices
  • Credit control & System administration

Profile

The successful candidate for this temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant position will need to have the following skills:

  • Prior accounts exposure
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage a high workload
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Offer
