Chatbot Project Specialist

A leading bank in Hong Kong is looking for a digital project specialist with experience in Chatbot

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Implement large scale digital initiative across business units to create a self-help solution with Chabot
• Act as a bridge to translate requirement between technical team, business users and delivery team
• Work closely with project managers throughout project life cycle and deal with various stakeholders
• Translate complex concepts into digitalization initiates that are aligned current/ future industry practice

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will have:

• At least 2 years' working experience in Digital space
• Strong knowledge of Project management in Mobile experience
• Chatbot knowledge is a must
• Education backgrounds in Computer Science/ Information Technology is preferred

• Fluent written and spoken English is required
