My client, a growing regional bank is looking for a Head of Regulatory reporting as part of their expansion plans.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of new regulatory reporting / accounting requirements including IFRS9, IRR etc.
  • Drive the regulatory reporting automation and data quality agenda
  • Ensure proper compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Perform Income and Expenditure analysis and recommend appropriate solutions/ control measures to facilitate senior management in policy formulation
  • Compile ad hoc reports for senior management's review

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Finance and Accounting, or other related discipline with CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification
  • 12+ years experience in the banking industry
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting standards, financial analysis, regulatory and statutory reporting/compliance requirements
  • Experience in leading projects to implement new accounting and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong people management skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
