Take ownership and accountability of your workload within the heart of our Asset Finance business in Reading, whilst being immersed in a workplace culture built upon driving efficiency and innovation.

Working with a supportive, high performing team, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the full suite of financial and management reports, presentation of monthly results to the EMEA management committee and key Sydney head office stakeholders. Your high attention to detail, and organisational skills will assist you in developing and implementing management information and reporting requirements in our asset finance business. You will work closely with our EMEA COO to deliver effective planning of all financial aspects of the business, projects and systems for the region.

Your previous experience in a similar management accountant/finance and reporting lead role within the financial services industry, coupled with experience redesigning and implementing best practice financial control processes will see you flourish in this role.
