Description

The Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner will:

• Lead the activities of monthly financial package and project reporting; coordinate month end close and complete month end analysis
• Lead overall budgeting and forecasting
• Provide key information and data to support senior management decision making
• Support and communicate with managers as it relates to complex financial data analysis and implementation of initiatives
• Be a subject matter expert for a specific area of the business
• Perform regular ad hoc analysis

Profile

Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner Profile:

• Successfully completed relevant degree in Finance or related subject, or ACCA/CIMA qualified (ideally)
  
• Proven and demonstrable accounting experience, ideally from the automotive sector
  
• Experience of working within a global or multi-national organisation
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  
• Knowledge of SAP HFM
  
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential
  
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ambitious and willing to get involved and take on additional responsibility
