Description

The key responsibilities of this Junior Management Accountant position include:

• Recording financial transactions

• Balancing accounts on a day-to-day basis

• Handling accounts payable and receivable

• Paying regular bills for the company

• Posting month-end journals

• Assisting with production of management accounts

• Variance analysis

• Working closely with accountants to prepare VAT returns

• Recording cash receipts and handling bank reconciliations

• Preparing information for auditors

• Providing administrative and clerical support as needed

• Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management

Profile

The successful candidate for this Junior Management Accountants:

• Part-qualfied ACCA/CIMA
• Proficiency with accounts payable processes
• Proficiency with accounts receivable processes
• Exposure to month-end processes (prepayments and accruals)
• Strong Excel skills
