A rare opportunity has arisen to join an established business based in Welwyn Garden City.
You will be a confident and enthusiastic individual who has ideally gained 6-12 months experience in Finance. This role would equally suit a strong sales administrator with excellent customer service skills who is looking to develop their experience in Finance.
The successful individual will demonstrate excellent communication and query resolution skills in order to work effectively with customers and all areas of the business.
Key duties will include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Resolving customer queries
- Contacting customers regarding the outstanding payment of invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Cash allocation
- Producing debtor reports and investigating reasons for non-payment of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
