Client Details

Successful business within the financial services sector looking for temporary cover within their Finance team.

Description

  • Processing invoices and dealing with supplier queries

  • Match invoices against various reports to support payment processing, client reporting and service charge reconciliation

  • Reconciling supplier statements

  • Scanning, collating and filing invoice documentation

  • Opening and sorting post.

  • May have budget and cost control responsibilities

Profile

The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on short notice (maximum 2 weeks).

  • Active team player

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Good excel skills (v-look up and pivot tables)
  • Good communication skills
