The Head of Finance will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the finance team, working with the Finance Director to ensure high quality financial management across the organisation. The Head of Finance will be able to build strong relationships with staff in the UK as well as internationally in order to work with the global finance team to roll out the new finance model and to build the capacity of the finance teams and other staff. The Head of Finance will have strong senior management experience ideally in the development sector, as well as experience of distance management and working with teams in different offices/countries. The Head of Finance will have experience of multi-currency consolidations, reporting to international donors and have demonstrated strong analytical skills and be comfortable with a rapidly changing environment. The Head of Finance must, of course, be committed to the role of young people in development and the Restless Development’s values.
