A leading Pensions and Investment Consultancy firm is looking for a strong Team Leader with exemplary people management skills. In addition to this you will be responsible for improving processes, implementing change and carrying out project work.

You will:

· Supervise the Investment administration team

· Keep up-to-date with new technical or legislative changes within the marketplace

· Carry out annual and interim staff appraisals as per company procedure

· Introduce and develop workflow and check systems

· Coordinate high level administration tasks

· Carry out compliance checks

· Work with the Consultants to ensure that new business targets are met

· Provide support to the Consultants and Directors

Your skills and qualifications:

- You will have demonstrable experience leading a team within a pensions, investment or financial services industry
- You will be able to communicate effectively with senior personnel and Directors
- You will have a professional, proactive, positive, driven and can do attitude
- You’ll be able to demonstrate that you are excellent at prioritising and organising a heavy workload
- You will have the ability to delegate effectively
- You’ll have project management experience
