Salary £30,000-35,000pa

Harvey John is working exclusively with an established local client on sourcing a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join their expanding business. This will be a standalone position, reporting directly into the Managing Director, with responsibility for all daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks.

This is a welcoming, friendly and supportive office environment of long-standing staff who pride themselves on the enjoyable working environment they have created. As long as core hours between 10am-4.30pm are covered, there is flexibility on start / finish times.

Overview of duties:

• Daily Banking and Bank Reconciliations
• Full control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Analysis of Monthly Sales figures
• Preparation of data for Year End Accounts
• Maintenance of Staff Expenses and Travel Management
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
• All client billing
• Development of the finance function through suggesting improvements and refining processes.
