Finance Manager required by leading Lincolnshire not for profit organisation

Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a newly created role for a leading not for profit organisation in East Lincolnshire.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director you will manage a team of 5-6 staff and take responsibility for the production of the monthly management accounts, all aspects of financial controls and reporting, support budget holders, variance analysis, VAT, forecasting and business planning as well as the production of statutory accounts and the annual audit.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent and proven management accounting, budgeting and forecasting skills as well as proven man-management capabilities (minimum 2 years staff management). You will be a qualified ACMA, ACCA or ACA or have relevant experience. You will strong IT skills especially Excel and ideally Sage 100 and be committed to process improvement. Not for profit or charity experience would be desirable but not essential.
You will have your own transport and be living in the Lincolnshire area as the location is rural.
