As the Analyst of Corporate Compensation, you will support the corporate compensation function in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies. We want to leverage your knowledge and expertise to deliver compensation models, methodologies, and analytics. This role is critical in positioning XPO for long-term success. Pay, benefits and more. What you’ll do on a typical day: Participate in regular benchmark processes, analyze industry data to evaluate roles and determine competitiveness of salaries and total compensation by market Create process documents and lead initiatives on documenting any new processes Collect monthly severance and retention accrual data from all business units and provide Accounting department with data to book entries Develop and update quantitative models and formulate recommendations and revisions to the compensation structure Assist in gathering insight by researching other companies to keep abreast of best practices and compensation trends Audit data entered by People Services team to ensure bonus targets, incentive plan names and company codes are accurate for bonus accruals What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience 2 years of experience Proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company and MS software applications It’d be great if you also have: Strong presentation and negotiation skills to work with individuals and groups within and outside the organization Ability to understand and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources Be part of something big.
