Accountant:


· Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
· Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
· Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
· Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
· Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
· Prepares budget and monitoring budget against actual results
· Reports financial performances on monthly basis
· Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
· Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
· Secures financial information by completing database backups.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Liaise with banks for any financial facilities and any other banking related concerns
· Prepare and analyze quotation/proposal to all clients, making sure all costs are covered and projects to be profitable and feasible
· Assists in performing inventory count.

Human Resources:


· Preparing source documentation needed for new hires such as offer letter and/or contracts, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits.
· Exercise individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to manager's attention when necessary.
· Providing assistance in hiring process activities.
· Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.


Public Relation Officer (P.R.O) and Government Relations:


· Coordinates the renewal, update and keep up all workers and work contracts on time to guarantee that organization's records are up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments. Send notification to employees on required documents before their visa expires.
· Makes sure all business and trade Licenses, tenancy contracts, insurances and other legal contracts are updated and renewed, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
· Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation, tax certificates, and etc in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.
· When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
· Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
· Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels
· Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits etc.


Administrative Works:


· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Provide information by answering questions and requests by employees, suppliers and clients
· Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing document
