When you join, you will be accountable for managing the UK customer ledger of 330m per month and customer with technical or difficult issues being escalated from the Mondelez Business Service (MBS) team based in Delhi or from internal Key stakeholders. You will co-ordinate and chair key Governance Meetings with Senior Stakeholders and attend customer premises to discuss and recover invalid debt with Senior stakeholders within our customers organisations. You will be responsible for driving deductions down by collaborating with, and partnering, the wider business. Main Responsibilities Review Customer Ledger, identifying trends to indiciate signs of invalid debt, managing issues in a timely manner Manage the Overdue and Deductions Governance meeting (ODG) ensuring the BO MBS team, CDE Team and FO Aged Debt Team have completed their input to a high standard. Which should account for the top 20 customers accounting for 80 PERCENT 25 of the average deductions of 70m. Chair a number of monthly Debt Review with Senior Stakeholders ensuring issues are raised appropriately, driving resolution along with challenging members of the meeting to bring deductions and overdue to an acceptable level. Chair the Overdue governance Process, held daily from the 18th of the month. The core activity is to drive action and collect cash in a timely manner, this will require contact to be made with the senior finance leads within the customers business. Review, manage and recommend that the Standard Operating Procedures for the Back Office and Front Office are functioning and are appropriate for business needs whilst adopting a Continuous Improvement mindset Manage a Team of 4 Customer Finance Specialists. Qualifications Candidate Requirements Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders. Relevant Accountancy or Credit Management Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / QICM / CICM) Accountancy Qualification (part or recently qualified) or QICM Qualified. Experience of people management. Experience of working in an large organization. Effective Business Partnering. Conflict and Relationship Management. High Degree of Negotiation Skills. Good Numerical, analytical and logical reasoning. Hands on experience in MS Office applications. Competence with the use of SAP. Experience in FMCG. Experience in a customer facing role. Experience in order to cash.
