Insurance is an old business, one of the oldest", however the future of insurance and Insurtech business looks to offer innovation, dynamic technology and customisation.
As a Business Development Manager for this leading Insurer, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business in terms of Broker relationships within the East Midlands Region. Additionally, you will account manage regional Insurer contacts at various levels.
Working alongside a respected I.T. team who have developed an intelligent BI (business intelligence) platform with a rated CEX (customer experience), you will ensure that brokers and customers receive the highest quality of service by coaching and training in the use of the platform, in order for them to achieve optimum performance.
You will also manage renewal and new business pitches by creating and leading presentations bespoke to the needs of the customer and client.
In turn, experience of generating leads, negotiating terms, closing the deals and monitoring account performance is essential to the role of a Business Development Manager.
The proposition you will be selling is a market leading product that has and will continue to gain Broker/Insurer buy in.
