We are representing an IFA practice in High Wycombe, who are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team following new growth within the business. The business is a successful and rapidly growing company who offer excellent career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for numerous duties including undertaking technical research, preparation for client meetings, preparing client reports and suitability letters. You will be required to attend client meetings when required and handle technical client queries.
Main Duties:
- Close dialogue with advisers to debrief on client meetings
- Obtain and interpret data which has been collected from client meetings
- Providing solutions to meet client needs and objectives through data analysis and research
- Providing records to support research undertaken
- Understanding and delivering on all client needs and objectives through suitability letters, client specific illustration and key features documentation which outline recommendations and a course of action
- Ensuring consistency to ensure all work is compliant with company regulations
- Preparation of existing client files ready for reviews
- Ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
- Administrative duties throughout the business
About You:
- Diploma qualified with an interest to further your status in the coming years
- High energy, enthusiasm and drive
- Highly motivated team player who can work under pressure and deadlines
- Experience in a similar role previously is essential
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
