Reed Accountancy are pleased to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. The successful candidate will join a small accounts team for a international marketing leading business.

Key Duties:
- Input and process purchase orders
- Reconcile purchase orders to signed and dated delivery notes and goods receipts
- Ensure all postings/invoices are coded to the correct account
- Reconciliations and processing of invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts notes
- Processing office and employee expenses
- Ensure all VAT and other taxes are recorded and dealt with accurately and fully supportable
- Preparation and executing payment runs
- Posting cheques and bank payments to the purchase ledger and cash book
- Ensuring that purchase ledger multi currency cheque runs and BACS payments are made in line with suppliers terms

Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years accounts experience
- Sage 200 experience would be desirable
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Multi currency software packages would be an advantage
