The Systems Analyst is part of the Business Applications team that supports Salesforce and other systems that support the Leasing process. This position is the primary support liaison and single point of contact between our business partners and Information Technology. Troubleshoots and works with end-users to ensure that applications are provisioned correctly and security groups are assigned in accordance to policy. The incumbent keep pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Daily administration and support of IH's systems and applications, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, troubleshooting user issues and providing tech support, escalating confirmed bug/defects to development team; Identify and communicate potential system, process and training improvements that will drive increased user adoption, improved user satisfaction and overall data integrity; Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements; Maintain high-level familiarity with other business application capabilities to make recommendations about potential integrations; Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution; Support the software testing/QA process on an as-needed basis, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing; Support on-boarding and termination process requests in a time-sensitive and confidential manner. Physical and Mental Demands This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate. Education and/or Experience College degree or equivalent work/technical experience; 1 years Salesforce experience; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Close attention to detail; Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects; Preferred: 1 years Yardi Voyager and Rent Café experience or Real Estate experience Skills/Specialized Knowledge Prior customer service/Help Desk experience required Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), CTI technology and telephony. Superior verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and stressful environment Excellent time management skills Capable of performing multi-tasking Possesses a high level of attention to detail Ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and make recommendations on the go Works well both as an individual and as part of a team Other Requirements Must maintain professional appearance.
