A market leading, fast growing, friendly company based on the outskirts of Bath are looking for a number of temps due to a seasonal peak. Our client have fantastic onsite facilities and offer an excellent working environment.
You will be reporting into the Finance Manager. The roles are initially temporary roles however due to the growth of the company these roles could go permanent or get extended however for now our client are looking for temporary workers due to a seasonal peak. The roles ideally will start from the 5th of Sept and to continue until the 12th of Oct. During quiet times you will be expected to help the budget team with their Excel reports, responsibilities will typically include:
- Communicating with stake holders to ensure they are prepared for the stock take and understand all the head office requirements
- Preparing Stock sheets for stake holders using Excel
- Separating consumables from previous stocktakes to create a value
- Contacting suppliers to request up to date price lists.
- Communicating with clients to ensure data is received on time
- Reconciling opening and closing stock balances
- Preparing stock movement journals
- Reviewing work from Stock Take Assistants
- Organising and training Stock Take Assistants
We are looking for candidates that have some accounts experience that can commit to the contract and are at intermediate level on Excel (pivots and v look ups). It is important that no holidays are taken during this time.
